From meetings of 150 to grand receptions of 400, the Crescent Ballroom is the premier event space. The light, modern décor creates the perfect backdrop for any event. The ballroom can be divided into three parts and has built-in state-of-the art audio visual.

The Courtyard is the heart of The Crescent Hotel. With lush landscaping, a fireplace and a water feature, the space creates an urban escape. A custom, climate-controlled tent makes the space come to life in all four seasons.
40-100 Guests
Just off the Crescent Ballroom, the Gallery can complement a corporate meeting with breakouts or vendor space. For celebrations, the rooms create the perfect spot for a cocktail hour. The Gallery features a full wall of windows overlooking the green space of the Kimbell Art Museum. For smaller gatherings, the room can be divided into two sections.

The Studio is located on level two of The Crescent Hotel. Overlooking the Courtyard, the space has an ideal location tucked away from the bustle of the main floor. Whether a bride looking down on her guests before the grand entry or the perfect war room for the business guest, The Studio is an enhancement to the hotel’s event space offerings. The room features built-in audio visual and can be divided into two spaces.
