Step inside The Blue Room, a culinary hideaway tucked within The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth. Available only on Friday and Saturday evenings, our 8-course tasting menu is built entirely on Texas-sourced ingredients—offering a refined exploration of the state’s most distinct flavors, told with intention, elegance, and heart. Each week, Executive Chef Preston Paine crafts a new expression of place, inspired by seasonality and rooted in local connection.

The Circle Bar champions the Mediterranean mood and mindset by seamlessly transitioning from day to night. From morning espressos to afternoon aperitivos and a rich variety of cocktails, wines, and bites from Emilia’s menu into the evening, The Circle Bar is the welcoming social center of the hotel.
Enjoy an array of beverages including house wine, draft beer, and signature cocktails like Aperol Spritz, Old Fashioned, Margarita, and Martini (Gin or Vodka). Pair your drinks with fresh Oysters for just $2 each or savory Parmesan Fries priced at $5.

Emilia’s features two private dining rooms, both featuring thoughtfully curated menus from Executive Chef Preston Paine. For smaller meetings and events, there’s the 12-person Wine Room with view into Emilia’s, and for larger groups, the 18-person Private Dining Room oversees the outdoor patio and is the perfect space to celebrate.

Emilia’s brunch menu highlights a mix of indulgent and fresh offerings, including savory classics like Eggs Benedict with a choice of Canadian bacon, smoked salmon, or lobster, and our signature Emilia’s Brunch Burger, topped with a sunny side up egg and crispy porchetta. Guests can also enjoy a variety of sweet options like French Toast with caramelized red apples or our Pumpkin Spice Waffle, paired with spiced chai whipped cream.
